PLACING AN ORDER
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding holidays. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your shipping details and a tracking number. In stock items are shipped same day Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm PST on Thursdays will be shipped the following Monday and delivered on Wednesday. All Enamorata jewelry is handmade in California. Please see the product page for shipping times on made to order items.
Please note: Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. If there is an issue with your order and we are unable to ship same day, we will send you an email with an updated ship date.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.
All Enamorata jewelry is shipped in our signature pouch inside of a beautiful, gift wrapped box. Enamorata offers complimentary, fully insured 2-day shipping within the U.S. via FedEx.
If you need your item sooner, please choose the FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping option ($55).
A signature is required for all shipments at time of delivery.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO.
We know you'll love your piece of Enamorata jewelry, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment for return instructions. In stock items may be returned to us in their original, unworn condition accompanied by the original packaging and sales invoice within 10 days of delivery date for an exchange or for a full refund.
Made to order, custom, and resizing/alteration orders are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable.
Returns for merchandise that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or are in lesser condition than received will not be granted and the item will be shipped back to the customer.
Please contact us via email or phone for return instructions. Enamorata is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you carefully pack your return to avoid damage during transit and insure your shipment (we recommend FedEx). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted. Please notify us of the return and email us the tracking number.
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its original condition to determine eligibility for refund. Refunds/exchanges are processed within 7 days and you will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please note, once we have processed your order, your bank may require up to 30 days to process and post the transaction to your account.
This warranty covers normal wear and tear and all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. The warranty does not cover neglect or abuse.
Warranty Exclusions and Exceptions:
- Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse (i.e. If a stone is lost due to damaged or worn out prongs, Enamorata is not responsible for the replacement of the stone). The warranty becomes void for items neglected or abused.
- If another jeweler performs any repair work on an Enamorata item, we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect. The warranty becomes void.
- The warranty does not cover theft or disappearance.

Please contact us if an item you purchased requires repair. Repair times and costs vary depending upon the nature of the repair required.
If you would like a ring resized, please make a note of it during checkout or call us at 650.260.5709. Please note that resized items cannot not be returned or exchanged.
